We understand that mental health treatment works best when providers coordinate care thoughtfully. When you refer a patient to Ascend Psychiatry, they will be evaluated directly by Dr. Mohammed Mazharuddin and treated within a structured, clinically grounded framework.
Areas of Referral
We accept referrals for psychiatric evaluations, medication management, diagnostic clarification, and second opinions. We also provide advanced interventional services, including Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Spravato® (esketamine) for patients with treatment-resistant depression.
Ascend Psychiatry is particularly well-suited for patients who have experienced partial response, medication intolerance, or inadequate improvement with standard pharmacologic approaches.
Communication & Continuity
With patient consent, we provide clear and timely communication, including evaluation summaries, treatment plans, and progress updates — particularly for patients undergoing TMS or Spravato therapy. We believe psychiatric care should strengthen, not fragment, a patient’s broader treatment team.
